200 Hour Breathe
Into Awareness In-Depth Studies

Vidya (Sanskrit: विद्या, IAST: vidyā) – meaning science, learning, higher knowledge, and clarity. The term is used to describe both intellectual knowledge obtained through study (apara vidya) and spiritual or higher knowledge (para vidya). In the Five Kleshas, it is said that the first cause of suffering is Avidya, or ignorance, the lack of understanding of the self. The study of yoga leads to the knowledge of self.

~“You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you; none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul. “-Swami Vivekananda

About Our Program:

Breathe Into Awareness 200-Hour In-Depth Studies and Teacher Training Program: Where Neuroscience and Somatic Therapy  Meet the Ancient Practice of Yoga.

In a world full of action, constant change, and increasing external focus, the journey inward is no easy feat. As with any journey, there are various paths to arrive, and we all have a unique prescription required to meet our personal needs, leveling up along the way. This program includes a comprehensive approach to yoga as a lifestyle, a journey from the inside out.

Our Foundational 200-Hour program focuses on the concept of asana as Sacred Geometry, a tool aligning the essence of the pose, the purity of breath, and the ancient philosophy of the practice with today’s modern issues. Our shape is unique to our history, body story, mindfulness, and intentions for arriving on the mat. The expression of our practice is our own.

Whether you intend to learn more about yoga, yourself, and your practice or continue to teach and share with others, this program supports learning and growth on and off the mat.

Concepcion Pallin (Flight)

Concepcion was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, where she spent her formative years before embarking on a life-altering move to the United States in June 2002. This transition marked a significant shift in her lifestyle, requiring adept management of work and school commitments. Like countless others navigating the stressors of a new chapter, Concepcion explored various forms of exercise without finding the sustained engagement she sought—until the serendipitous discovery of yoga.

Introduced to the practice 14 years ago in the welcoming confines of her local gym, Concepcion’s initiation into yoga was under the guidance of Joseph Stingley. From that point forward, yoga became more than a physical activity; it became a transformative force touching every facet of her life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Notably, it played a pivotal role in her post-pregnancy journey, aiding her swift return to physical fitness after the birth of her first child.

Recognizing yoga as a gift with universal significance, Concepcion made the heartfelt decision to share its benefits with others. In 2012, she embarked on the path of teacher training, completing a rigorous 200-hour certification through Soul Motivation in 2013. Her commitment to deepening her understanding of yoga led her to a second 200-hour teacher training at Castle Hills Yoga with instructors Ricky Tran and DeAnna Shires 2015 and 300 hr in 2018. Concepcion expresses profound gratitude for the diverse array of teachers who have influenced her practice, including luminaries like Joseph Stingley, Jessica Jane Smith, Ramaswami Srivatsa, Asha Rao, Arun Deva, David Williams, David Swenson, Clifford Sweatte, DeAnna Shires, and Ricky Tran. Through her journey and the wisdom gained from these teachers, Concepcion continues to weave the essence of yoga into her life, fostering a deep sense of gratitude and a commitment to sharing the transformative power of this ancient practice with the world.
